Croatia showcases a host of seasonal festivals

With the closing of the month-and-a-half long Dubrovnik Summer Festival, Croatian National Tourist Board is also promoting various festivals being hosted in the country. Having begun August 25, until August 30, 2014, this year's Vukovar Film Festival in its eighth edition will present a record number of 87 new films in seven different locations, including winners of some of the recent prestigious international film festivals.…

Croatia's tourism board has announced that its UK visitors have risen by 24 per cent in August, 2013 as compared to August 2012.
