Marking a successful month for passenger traffic, Sarajevo International Airport in Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed a total of 88,591 passengers throughout the month of August, representing an 11 per increase compared to the corresponding month in 2013. Adding to this, commercial and civil cargo also witnessed a jump throughout August 2014, with a four per cent increase compared to the same month last year.

Wizz Air has announced that it will expand its operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina this summer, by adding two new services from Tuzla to Dortmund and Eindhoven.
